Most of us know about the manifold benefits of HGH (human growth hormone). But, do we know how beneficial it is to ignite the metabolic rate of the human body? Well, yes that’s true. If you are body has an adequate supply of HGH then it definitely will have an increased metabolic rate. And, you must know that the faster your metabolic rate is, the sooner you will lose weight.
How Does it Work?
It’s pretty simple; HGH increases the IGF-1 levels in your body. IGF-1 is ‘insulin like growth factor’ and is excreted by the liver. It is an important hormone which is primarily responsible for anabolic effects in grownups and growth effects in children. Also, IGF-1 is responsible for impeding insulin from carrying glucose to cells. When a person eats, his or her pancreases excretes essential amount of insulin to convert carbs into glucose. This glucose is stored in fat cells by the body and is used as energy. Now here’s the thing; IGF-1 backed with HGH breaks this process. It does not allow the insulin to store glucose in the cells. Of course, when this happens, your body is pushed towards burning the existing fat for energy.
Usually, our bodies use glucose as primary means of energy. HGH pushes our bodies to first utilize the energy from the current fat in our body and then move onto the glucose levels. This way, our bodies are able to burn more fat.
The best part about this process is that your body will keep burning fat even when you are not working out. When the energy is being taken from the fat reserves, it will definitely burn fat even when the body is performing the minutest chore. On the other hand, it also lets you eat more while not gaining weight. In other words, your body gets more nutrients and you don’t have to worry about being fat. Once you are on HGH, you won’t have to diet anymore!
Weight Loss Effects o HGH Proven…
The International Journal of Obesity published a study based on the effects of HGH. The study revealed that restricted diet along with a low dose of HGH can result in increased muscle mass in obese type 2 diabetic patients and decrease insulin resistance significantly. The researchers concluded that HGH is a great way of reducing fat levels, maintaining lean muscle mass and restricting insulin resistance.
The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism also recently published a study that was based on 59 obese people; men and women with an average BMI of 37. The main purpose of this study was to see if obese people can retain their lean muscle tissue and at the same time lose fat and so they were given low dosages of growth hormone. The dosages were given through injections at nighttime. Each dosage contained 200 µg of growth hormone. Gradually, the dosage was increased to 400 µg in men over the course of 5 months and 600 µg in women. According to the researchers, this gradual increase was important since the previous studies showed that the participants’ bodies could develop resistance against the drug. Also, all of these people were kept to a certain diet schedule and exercises.

The results were amazing. The participants reduced 5 pounds of weight on average and were able to maintain this for the upcoming 9 months. Not only this, what was even more exciting was the fact that all of this weight loss was entirely due to fat loss and not tissue loss.
Some other changes noted due to the intake of growth hormone included increased level of HDL cholesterol and better cholesterol profiles. And, there was entirely no change in the insulin resistance and glucose levels. If these two factors showed an increase, the chances of diabetes could have shown up.
To conclude, based on these evidences it can be easily said that HGH is indeed a great way of losing fat yet maintaining lean muscle mass. Also, it is a great way of strengthening your immune system.
